The paper analyzes the critiques of the Indian Constitution and evaluates their arguments, highlighting the Constitution’s significance as a source of hope and expectation for its citizens. By studying the process of framing the Constitution, this research reveals its contribution to the art of constitutionalism, providing an alternative to liberal and socialist models.
