Her interdisciplinary research spans sectors such as education, banking, telecom, agriculture, hospitality, and public administration, and has been published by Elsevier, Springer, Sage, and Emerald, receiving awards including Best Research Paper from Emerald Group UK. At IIPA, she integrates evidence-based, skill-oriented, and data-driven approaches into curriculum and capacity-building programs, preparing public administrators for practical policy challenges.
