Mr. Iniyavan M, is a PhD scholar at the department of Sociology, University of Hyderabad. He is a trained mechanical engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Anna University, Chennai. His broad area of research is ‘Political Sociology of Caste’ and his research interests include new social movements, legal pluralism, distinctive modalities of Dalit and Dravidian politics, affirmative policies, and State and non-State polarities.
