Overcoming Challenges to Accessing Quality Education
By : Mr. S Ramadorai
Page No: 114-121
Formal Learning does not meet the needs and aspirations of the learners or the employers. Lack of access is compounded by a crisis of relevance and poor-quality instruction, which hinders creativity and curiosity. Patterns of student disengagement and dropouts are seen at all levels of education, pointing to intrinsic inadequacies. These collective failures call for a new, shared vision and renewed principles and commitments that can frame and guide our actions in the education space.
