Preparing for a cyber war is not about defending the physical territory of a nation, but about protecting its Critical Information and Infrastructure, economy, sensitive data, R & D efforts and Intellectual Property Rights, while preventing the loss of lives due to cyber terrorist attacks and above all, protecting the nation's reputation and sovereignty.
