Stellina Jolly

Stellina Jolly is teaching at University Institute of Legal studies, Punjab University, Chandigarh. Before joining Punjab University, she has taught at various prestigious law Institutes including National Law University Jodhpur, Symbiosis Law College Pune and Army Institute of Law, Mohali. For the past eight years she has concerned herself with various deep issue of law including Environmental law, International law and Bioethics. This deep interest has enabled her to work at various levels with different organization and institutes. She has to her credit fifty publications at national and international level. She has been associated with various organisations and institutions in a number of projects including Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. She holds and LLM from faculty of law, Delhi University and completed her PhD in the area of law and Bioethics concerning Human Genome project.

Amit Jain

Amit Jain is presently working as a Regional Coordinator- South Asia at Clinton Climate Initiative. Before Joining CCI, he has worked with Infosys Technologies for about four years as a Senior Technical Specialist in the domain of GIS and Environmental Planning. He has visited and worked in various countries including USA, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea, UAE, Egypt and Australia for Climate Change and environment management projects. He has to his credit various research publications at national and international levels. His paper titled “Computer Model for Solid waste management in developing Countries” published in “Environment Science and Technology” has been well appreciated. He holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Masters Degree in Environment Engineering and currently pursuing PhD in solar based Power Plants.
