Surendra Nath Tripathi

Surendra Nath Tripathi is a distinguished Civil Servant, currently Director General of Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He is an IAS officer of 1985 batch (Odisha Cadre) and was Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India apart from holding other important positions. Shri Tripathi holds his Masters in Political Science from Allahabad University and MBA in Public Policy from Slovenia. He has a deep insight in the working of both Central and State Governments and has been a member of various Committees and Commissions dealing with Civil Services reforms.

Dr. Saket Bihari

Dr. Saket Bihari is Associate Professor in Development Studies, Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. Dr. Bihari has earned his PhD in Sociology on “Globalisation and Cultural Change in India”. In a total of 22 years of his academic career, he has conducted many evaluation and research studies as well as national and international capacity building programmes. He has four books and several research papers to his credit. His academic interests include globalization, culture, school education, poverty and employment.
